Is there anyone out there (besides me) who loves baseball so much they could live at the stadium? If a recent proposal goes through, Principal Park in Des Moines might be the place to do just that. The plan would call for as many as 60 units behind left field at the I-Cubs stadium with about half of them overlooking the playing field. The lowest priced units are expected to be in the $200,000 range. Unfortunately, that’s about $199,000 out of my price range.
