Consolation round starts at 12. Davis will participate in the Grand March at 5pm and receive his medal after the 135 lb finals. Finals matches will be televised.

  5. I heard abot a year ago Dr. Arnold wanted to drop the wrestling program bt I haven’t heard anything since. I think in the years to come we will have a good wrestling program especially since so many are now involved with the pee wee wrestling program.

  9. Kendall Davis finished up his State journey Sat. He lost a hard fought 2-0 decision in overtime to take 8th place. All the coaches, family, friends & WCV wrestling supporters are proud of his accomplishments this year. 3x State qualifier with an 8th place finish as a junior. 108 career victories & one more year to go. Should be interesting to see what happens.

  13. I think yes Dr. Arnold has ISSUES but when it comes to our kids well being he has always been the one to step up and protect our kids…But what about our middle school principal. I think we should publically call for his resignation because of an incident I heard about last week. He has indangered a child’s health, made fun of his disorders, and not only has he done this to one child but several including adults. He is a total mental case and will end up hurting one of our kids if we do not get him out of here. Your child may have already been a direct target, ask them. Why dont you ask about him at the next school board meeting or are they willing to let this latest outburts to be swept under the rug and have the school district face a huge lawsuit because of the gross negligance of a school employee. If we can’t send our children to school to a safe zone where can we send them.

  15. anonymous I agree with you he is a CREEP I do not have kids over there yet but I do have friends that have told me some stories. Just like what happened with Mary Fillman over there?

  17. After what happened if they do not fire him, then it just shows proof of what everyone has suspected all along. Two people and two people only run that board and IF legal action is taken I would stand behind the mother 100%. I know the mother of the boy that it happened to and he is having to get psychiatric help because he is scared to be at school and he was taken to the ER yesterday because he had an anxiety attack which caused him a migraine. RED FLAGS for any parent with a child scared to go to school.

  19. What is going on in Middle School? I do not have any kids over there and have not heard anything.
Does Mary Fillman still work there? I did not think so.

  23. I agree with 11:12 he is a CREEP. Unfortunatley the kids and staff of redfield are his first targets as a principal. You should find out about his record from carlisle and the last school he taught at. I am wondering how did he get to use his new skills in our district. He just got his teaching certificate for a principal in 2007 and we get to be the target of his boot camp ways. Parents need to talk to there kids and tell them its ok to tell them if they have been a target so we as a community can keep our children safe. Someone needs to do an investigation and talk to every man woman and child at that redfield school. I sure hope my kids will be safe when they go there. To my knowledge when there has been an ALLEGED abuse claim the dallas county sheriff is to be notified to conduct an investigation since he is designated as the schools Level Two Investigator. Atleast thats what it says in the school policy handbook or is that there for good looks and never to be used?? Curious??

  25. Maybe the people cutting down Mr. Ridout should learn how to spell and use proper grammar.I find him to be a very fine educator.

  27. Jesus people. I leave for a few days and you go crazy. Relax. If anything needs done in Redfield it will get taken care of. Save the conspiracy theories for another time.
