There’s something in the air

I have a feeling that the Stuart City Council meeting is going to be pretty interesting tonight. Is there a chance that something substantial might get accomplished? I’m not even sure I care what the outcome is anymore, I just want everyone to move forward and get past the whole police vs. council issue. It would make a nice Christmas present if everyone woke up tomorrow and realized we’re all on the same team.

Improper conduct within the city:
Why does a council member wait to get a seat on the council prior to making a request for property purchase, thus allowing 1 less vote, when property was purchased at least 6 months prior to election?
Why when the dept head informs council of termination of employee for misconduct not allowed to do so?
Why then did the same department have job application files appear on another blog and the council not investigate?
Why is this council allowing a 18 year old to make accusations with no documented proof regarding department?
Has anyone heard of city liability?
Do those people not know of AG Tom Miller responsibility?
Are they aware the citizens can request investigation from AG Miller office into each individual action?
Are the citizens of your home town so stupid that they don’t care about the actual facts?

you people don’t get it, do you? something is definitely rotten in Denmark. FOLLOW the MONEY. who has suddenly appeared in town with a LOT of MONEY and who would want to get rid of the cops?

is it possible that the council members are all on the same PAIGE?
belden has just built an awfully expensive home, and crawford has purchased an awfully nice home recently. Marks are building what appears to be a large, costly shed of some sort and didn’t Williams donate a building to the youth wrestlers? that’s a cause close to the heart of Askren.

belden=dad, mom tons of money. dad bank president, mom insurance comp owner. family money both ends. belden himself actuarial scientist. major money.
crawford=in laws gave home away to him. easy as pie.
marks=tax breaks galore. in-laws are loaded to eyes in money.
wrestlers=rented.
askren=firend of carol.
Why is it that if anybody appears to have money people assume they are dealing drugs. Have you ever thought that maybe they work really hard and know what they are doing? Or maybe they inherited money from their ancestors who worked really hard and they know how to invest it.

People think Paige is such good news to Stuart. All he wants is to make money and lots of it.

its been quiet because TLC got arrested and charged with theft by the state of iowa. case number: 05391 SMAC011394 in guthrie county. now he’s afraid to open his mouth. don’t drop the soap tyler!!

The cops (not city cops- county or state or something) came to Tyler’s around 1:30 am with an arrest warrant and a search warrant. They cuffed him and took him to Guthrie and they took his computer with them too. Later more cops were seen outside of Bremmer’s place. Does that mean we know who sent Tyler those files from the cop shop? I think we do.
It was city-led. Not county or state. Get your facts right.
The biggest question is why Tyler was arrested and his possessions taken for a charge that is the equivalent of a bounced check.
It leads me to believe more charges might be expected.
Doesn’t matter if more charges are expected. The only one now was executed with unnecessary force/actions.
Think about it… They can’t go arrest somebody today because they might be charged with murder 3 weeks from now.
No shit? You can’t charge somebody with murder if they’ve actually just been stealing? I had no idea.

I don’t know if paige has cleaned up his act, but I know for a fact the he rented the building to the wrestling club. They had to have someplace to go, Fenster kicked them out of the HS wrestling room. If you don’t know your facts, don’t just assume that you know what is going on. People make their conclussions based on what they have heard(GOSSIP) and other people’s opinions. This really is a HICK TOWN!!! KCCI has reported that Bremmer was arrested on theft charges and for telling people in this town things that were to be kept private. I don’t know why Tyler was arrested or even if he was. There was no report about him on the news. It’s about time that the city council got some balls and put a stop to OLD IRON TITS.
follow the money…recent drug dealer released from prison in stuart…city council and mayor corrupt (rolling in some pretty new money)…getting rid of the cops one by one by whatever means necessary…you put two and two together.
Actually, Tyler was arrested for receiving stolen property, not theft. It is a misdemeanor charge.
The search warrant and arrest warrant were issued by a Guthrie County magistrate, so you can decide if that qualifies it as “city led” or county led.
