- Is the City of Stuart moving their offices to the Masonic Temple? It’s looks like a possibility.

- The new NBDL team will be named the Iowa Energy. What, was the Iowa Frozen Pizza Eaters already taken?

I apologize for the lack of posts lately. Who thought owning a bar would take up so much of my blogging time? On a related note, if anyone would like to offer some Quickbooks help let me know.

  1. i believe the dm register did a survey on the name for the team and there were like 75% no votes. What do suppose the mascot will be, a wind turbine, a fuse box, ethanol pump? I have a hard time wondering how they come up with names. You know Alliant probably has a lot to do with it. I am not a sports fanatic, so don’t mind if this sounds funny, because it does to me.

  2. Maybe you should get a laptop for the bar. Then you can blog and do live webcasts so if people want to see who’s there before coming up they can. Hey! It’s an idea!

  26. Maybe.. we should leave the young man alone. He is maturing and he has a busy life ahead of him. I am sure he will continue to have an interest in Stuart. There are more important things to life than a blog and when you are busy, as I think Nate will concur, it is hard to live, work and blog successfully. So I say good luck to future endeavors.
