  9. Nate, did you skip college or high school english? Never end a setence in a preposition.

Your question should be, “is it done raining.”

  13. The word “yet” is an adverb, not a preposition. Let’s learn something while we comment.

  15. If you’re talking about skipping college or high school English then I assume you should probably know the correct way to spell sentence.

  19. It cracks me up that one comment is about how nice everyone is being and then it’s back to picking on each other about little things!

    Congrats Salazar!

  21. My ass off I’m laughing.

    Is that better?

My professors taught me there’s a big difference between everyday speech and formal speech. I choose to write in an informal way because that’s how I speak. If this was a real newspaper I’d be more formal, but it’s not. It’s just my little corner of the web.

But seriously, if you’re going to attempt to correct me at least do a quick spell check.

  25. Must have I jinxed it.
How about those Wildcats?! The volleyball team and football team have really had some success this year. Now, we can look forward to an exciting basketball season. I just hope the gym roof can make it through the season. Remember last winter at the GC game when they had to wipe up the floor between plays- how embarrassing! Congratulations to coach Salazar.
