- I’m offering the use of Ruby’s to President Obama for his next beer summit. I expect a phone call very soon.
- Construction is continuing nicely at both school sites. Despite a few setbacks, both sites are expected to be finished on time.
- Be sure to notice the new road markings painted last week. They’re pretty. Also check out the Stuart sign at McDonald’s when you pull into town from the interstate. Anything look strange?
Ready for one last summer bash? Ruby’s and Johnie’s are hosting another street dance on August 29th starting at 8:00 pm. The Kent Brothers and MoneyShot will be performing on stage.

WOW !! Painted lines look pretty sharp, about time ! Maybe people will know now to stay on their own side, one can now actually “cross” the center line ! The U has been missing from the STUART sign at McDonalds for over a month, don’t know if it fell off or if one of the local thugs that have been causing mischieve lately took it for a souvenir. Have you seen the damage in the city park ?

okay there is no such thing as a thug in stuart…..any ways anybody seen that Dakota Brumley kid he looks like the only promising freshman for football….only one practicing varsity anyways and hes a hell of a long snapper.

Dakota is only practicing varsity cause we don’t have any decent long snappers that actually play that position. And the coaches weren’t drinking anything at the field! whoever said that is ignorant and dumb
Freshmen dont belong on varsity no matter how good they think they are
Why not Yada? If they’re good and work their butts off then they deserve to play on Varsity.
4- 5 years difference in age and size of other boys plus they have freshman team and JV team they can play on.
i think that vinnie kid should play, he’s a senior and looks to be pretty big and good on defense possibly?????
Dakota Brumley is not even J.V quality. You must be his mom or dad
freshman can play varsity if they can handle it. If they’re good enough then thats great! The only 2 freshman that played last year was Wahlert and Hasty. Now are you going to say they shouldnt have? Go to a game and answer that. This year we have small freshmen and that would be a danger to them. Its a different kind of football when you get to varsity.
actually im his brother and you must not know anything about football because people get scholarships on absolutely nothing but long snapping and he is a hell of a long snapper now instead of hiding behind anonymous like a 12 year old you put your name up when you talk trash

Wags and anonymous…this IS Dakota’s dad…if you got something to say about a 14 year old come say it to my face at a game. If you’re to gutless for that then I guess I have my answer. But please say something to my face if your man enough…which I doubt very seriously. And yada it doesn’t matter how old you are to play varsity football…there are a few freshamn that deserve to be out there. Alex Arnburg is a hell of an athlete. He deserves the time he gets.
okay not only do i agree with not vinnie brown but also who the *fudge* is saying that dakota dosent deserve to play varsity? also maybe he just wrote that himself to start a publicity stunt on one of the most popular websites on the web…aaaannnnddd also to all of you who refresh this website every 5 seconds so they can find themselves something to argue about is an anus troll…o and one more thing this is Mike Waddell so ladies please keep the comment “omg mike you are gorgeous as they say” to a minimum please.

im not saying anything about dakota Dave. he’s our best long snapper. i was actually sticking up for him. but even though hes good, he isnt varsity quality yet. but i see him progress and get better every practice. so i cant wait to see how far he goes with his long snapping. and vinnie, if your reading this, your a douche haha just kidding. and to those who are saying stuff like “if you dont put your name up then your a pussy” and stuff like that, this is my name. you just gotta think hard enough
