West Central Valley freshman Ryan Joint will make his state wrestling tournament debut this year after finishing 2nd at the district meet in Harlan. In the first round he will face Jobe Goodale, a junior from Osage with a 32-8 record. Joint finished the year 39-7 and ranked #8 at 112 pounds by thepredicament.com.
The #4, #6, #7, and #10 ranked wrestlers are in Joint’s half of the bracket.
Session one for Class 2A starts at 1pm on Wednesday.

I totally got robbed at Districts. First match, second period I got put on my back but i got bridged up on my head and then the time ran out and THEN the ref called me pinned, after the time ran out. coach k. got it on video and showed the head table but they said it was official and they couldn’t overturn it. so that sucks.
